Afternoon sun casts
slender shadows on pavement -
barcode for my life.
Driving along the bypass this afternoon, the bare trees were casting shadows on the road that looked almost like as barcode.
Green purple leaflets emerge, unfold, and stretch out - "Hello potato!"
